Recently 02/20 Kent calls me up to say " I found a carrier that can give you better coverage at a lesser cost, let me know if you're interested in switching". Wow! no agents have ever done that before. Kent has the advantage of being a broker so he is not beholden to any insurance company. Because of this, Kent can offer his customers the best values in coverages they require. He just switched me to another (top notch) company for both home and auto; my coverage has increased and he saved me about $350 a year!
