Customer service use to great.I guess they're hiring anyone that is willing to work and don't care how the talk or treat people. Argelia needs to take customer service classes and the maintenance workers need to be more professional when having someone else's vehicle In their care. Why would management allow these guys to eat and drink in the cars and leave their trash behind at least have the common knowledge to throw your trash away. If you take your car to be repaired be aware that their communication has also gone down hill. My daughter was suppose to get her car back on Friday and never once did Argelia call to give an update on what was going on. This company has been treating me with a lot of respect, understanding, and great customer service. Every time I call them, they help me always and never get rude/hateful towards me. Love this location.

I’m so thankful I came across this shop! Everyone has been very friendly and responsive. Valerie B. in claims was amazing. She walked me through the whole process and explained everything that was going to happen with my repair. Everyone knows how awful insurance is to deal with but she made the process painless. Ramon, the shop manager was amazing. He got my car fixed sooner than the quoted time. From start to finish this place has been exceptional. I am going to recommend Adonis to everyone I know.

Got a used vehicle from the awhile back like some years ago & ended up needing a catalytic converter replaced which i couldn't afford at the time so long story short they hit my credit & now prevent me from getting another vehicle, they also were in a lawsuit recently and multiple locations shutdown because of their negligence to their customers , I would highly recommend you don't get a vehicle from them because they will just screw you over & destroy your credit to where you can no longer even get a decent vehicle anywhere
