FALSE ADVERTISING- States online they would ship 2 5 gallon containers of a solution, then emails me asking for an 85 dollar upcharge for shipping because “their website wasn’t updated”. Instead of honoring their online advertising, and owning their mistake, they instead refused to cover the shipping cost for a customer that had already paid for the solutions, and will lose a repeat customer over 85 dollars. Pitiful business practices.

I needed to find a company to purchase supplies from and I've seen this company on the products that I was accustomed to at my last job. I placed an order for a variety of chems that went tremendously well, timing and shipping went smoothly and even after I received the shipment I was emailed by a lady named Liz Beattie whom done a follow up to ensure everything arrived fine. I went ahead and asked for Material Saftey Data Sheets in which she given the MSDS for all of the products I ordered. I forgot to mention dilution ratios in which she responded with the ratios even for one product she specified that We (ADSCO Componies) don't recommend diluting because they feel it wouldn't work as effectively. I'm happy to have ordered from them and I really appreciate the small things they do. Keep
