The gentlemen in there were very knowledgeable and patient in helping me get what I needed.Came outside and checked what I was talking about and took his time with me. Very appreciative and their advice in running my car on the freeway and they were absolutely right‼️ thanks guys❣️

Went for a simple Battery Test, dude was not helpful AT ALL. It was clear he did not want to help me. Before he even came to my car, he asked was the check engine light on, I said no, however, I did just have to get a jump. He was hesitant to come out. He then started giving excuses without even checking anything, he FINALLY came outside. He came to my car with the battery machine and just stood there looking at me. Didn’t ask me if I could open the hood or anything. So I opened the hood and he said he couldn’t test it because it’s too much going on at the top. WHAT. DOES. THAT. MEAN. He said he couldn’t test it because I had to take it to the DMV or something. I was today years old when I found out they test batteries at the DMV. Very unhelpful, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I went there to get rotors and went through all specs of my vehicle. Realized only while installing them they were wrong fit. I brought them back and not only did the associate try to charge more, but he then say that I had to buy another set because my refund would take 3 to five days to be returned to my card. Then asked "do you have the funds to cover this?"......wow. Oh eventhough they have this big sign on their building stating.. "Free brake pads with the purchase of a set of rotors " They won't offer this. Ask

My husband and I own and operate a roadside assistance/mobile mechanic business. My husband purchased brakes and rotors for a customer at one location, but the customer cancelled the service, so my husband attempted to refund the parts at this location because it was closest. He was told by Donnie that he could only refund the brakes but not the rotors although my husband had the receipt and the parts hadn’t been open. My husband inquired as to why he couldn’t receive a complete refund, and Donnie’s response was, “The system won’t allow him to refund brakes and rotors, only the brakes.” My husband being a former auto parts store assistant manager, explained to Donnie that what he said wasn’t true and Donnie brushed him off and turned his head.
