Chris & Heyward are some great employees. Elite customer service! People like this are the key factor to a company. I can tell they’re not just here for a paycheck & actually value customers.They gave me plenty of tips & suggestions as well which was very helpful.

the staff are always great and knowledgeable but honestly the AC is broken and the store is a heat hazard, it's got to be at least 95 degrees in there right now, I cannot imagine working in those conditions. Its not safe for anyone in summer, it looks like they have little floor units but why wouldnt a big company just fix the AC? I cant spend 5 minutes inside without being drenched in sweat. Someone needs to let corporate know this is going on, it isnt fair to the customers but especially not the staff who are stuck there all shift.

I love this store and staff but the A/C has been broken for months. This makes it uncomfortable for me to shop. I also really feel bad for the staff. I cant believe they have people working in this condition during multiple heat advisories. I qfdhope they are getting hazard pay.xkfr

I walked into the store needing a fuel sending unit and Danielle was on top of it. Just about had the thing in her hands before I finished my sentence. Remembered I needed to grab brakes for my dad's truck, Chris had drums, rotors, shoes and pads. All taken care of. Walked out the door a few hundred lighter but they really took care of me. Shout out to Danielle B. and Chris T. for making the parts store visit easy and fun.
