This place sucks. Horrible service. Been here a handful of times and each time they fail expectations compared to Autozone, Oreillys and other Advanced Auto parts. First time I came in my car was in limp mode, and I knew exactly why. All they had to do was clear the codes so the computer can reset itself and can only be done with the scanner, removing the battery for 20 minutes doesn’t clear it. This dude says “No we can’t do that.” And had an attitude. I had to buy a scanner online for $15, wait for a day for it to come in and cleared it within 10 seconds. That’s all he had to do. Second time I came in I had to use the bathroom and they said no public restrooms. I have NEVER been to an auto parts store where they denied service to the bathroom. DO NOT COME HERE. Two different employees lied about installing a battery after I purchased it. These people here are lazy and deceitful. Last time purchasing from this store

There was a blonde lady who helped me change my windshield wipers…she was super helpful!!

The representative proactively offered his assistance with my windshield wiper purchase. Based on the research I had already done, his product suggestion was legitimate and economical. He was very courteous when he installed my windshield wipers. I truly appreciate great customer service because I will continue to spend money where I am appreciated.

Terrible service. Charged my battery multiple times and refused to replace it under warranty I will never go back to this store absolutely horrible service
