Lisa at Advance Auto Parts was amazing! The moment I came in, she greeted me with a smile and was happy to help. She made sure I got the correct screws for my license plate and even came outside to check if I needed help putting it on. She was very kind, helpful, and went above and beyond. Checked store hours on Monday, Sep. 29th. Says "Open until 9" Ordered a part on website for "Ready to pick up in store in 30 minutes" Received no alert on phone so drove up to store and arrived at 7:50pm. One of the employees closed the store early and just put a sign in the window. Pretty disappointed they aren't staying until for the actual close of business and took it upon themselves to just dip out so early like that

Fantastic experience at this auto parts store today. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and proficent. Both the store manager and Warren who was his associate handed the volume very professionally. I bought a battery and some wiper blades for my 4Runner and was not interested in trying to have the battery installed because it was like 20° outside. Warren offered to install the wiper blades for me and I did not decline. The showroom was very clean and organized. I am deathly not automotive inclined but would highly recommend this location and its staff for all your basic automotive questions or parts.

Showed up at 1050am on Saturday and doors were locked sign says open 730am - 9pm thats terrible business I sat there for about 15 minutes waiting and about 15 customers come and try get in and the garbage cans were overflowing. sounds like y'all got a bad employee problem because there is a VW and a white pick up here I assume are employees cars Thanks for wasting our time

Do nor wear a trump hat in here & expect service. I waited ten minutes then had to go to O'Reilly instead.
