Advance Auto Parts

I stopped at Advance Auto Parts this morning to finally get a new battery that I've been putting off for a while. They were very helpful, identified the best battery for me and had it in stock. Their price was very reasonable, and they give a 10% military discount. It was installed right where I had parked my car. Logan did a fine job and was quick and efficient. I was there for only 32 minutes from entering the store and driving away!

I went in for an "in stock" item per o line website. Drove over 30mins. Ordered part i needed and was told it would be there the next morning. Never received a call. And they never got my part in. O reillys is better and cheaper for same part.

Knowledgeable staff who actually take time to help. They found the right part quickly and offered useful advice without pressure. Store was organized and well stocked. Saved me time and frustration

Manager Steven Fain offered to check and clean my Nissan Rogue's battery connections, which revitalized my battery and saved me from having to buy a new one. All for free with a pleasant and courteous demeanor. Customer service absolutely the way it is supposed to be done.

Hadn’t been to this location in a while due to so-so experiences, but it seems to be under new management because I’ve had two 11/10 experiences back-to-back . Mainly thanks to the excellent service from a gentlemen named Steven - will definitely be back !
