Holly was wonderful today in helping me with needing a new battery. She was friendly, very helpful very fast, very knowledgeable and did the installation of the battery correctly. I will continue coming to advanced auto parts as I have for years

Hands down, one of the best experiences I've had going into an Auto Parts Store. The whole team last night 12/04 was amazing to work with and were very helpful! Not only did they provide excellent customer service, Tysean specifically, but they were also very patient and kind with me while I was evaluating getting a new car battery. I will definitely go to that store specifically for any of my car needs in the future! Thank you all for being wonderful!

I went there to get a bulb and the black lady was very rude. All I needed was a bulb for my brake light she informed me that they do not put it in I told her I don't understand because they do it at the other advance at least they do and the one in kannapolis in Concord. And I said to her whatever then and started to walk out and she proceeded to yell at me across the store whatever then. I will never go back there and I have always got stuff done at the ones in Concord and kannapolis. If she doesn't like her job maybe she needs to quit because she does have a good customer service or personality. She acted as if I was bothering her when I even asked her for the bulb.

The young man was very helpful, my check engine light was on and he helped with some codes on the Honda accord 🤝 😀

The lady that works the register in the mornings usually Monday mornings twice now I have been in there and she is extremely rude. Doesn't answer any questions that i asked her. told her to have a good day and still nothing. She just pretended like i wasn't there. this has happened twice now the first time i thought maybe just an off day but now twice. extremally rude and unprofessional will not be returning.
