Advance Auto Parts

All around this bank is horrible from everything from online to in person. I literally closed my account today and will not be coming back

I bought a product at an advance and I had to return it and they said I couldn't return it because they are not an advance they say they are a car quest so it's nothing but false advertising the only sign they have is advance auto parts

Horrible experience. The guy at the counter (David) gives me the wrong part number for a headlight. 2 minutes after my purchase I go inside to exchange it and he says he can’t because the package is open. HE GAVE ME THE WRONG PART NUMBER. I had to spend an additional $40 dollars to purchase the correct one. Then he refused to give me the number of their regional manager. So sad they can’t even give you the correct number for a head light. Do not go there. Service is garbage and they could care less about their customers. I have shopped advanced for over 20 years and never again.

I recently patronized this advance auto parts store in Alsip, IL. During my visit I was assisted by Abdiel. He was extremely knowledge, helpful, sincere, and professional. He exuded patience and care when assisting me with my windshield wiper installation for my Mercedes Benz. He really cares about the customers and their needs. Sincerely Very Happy Customer

Always friendly. Gabriel and Amanda are always going the extra mile for everyone. I am always giving them a task that would give someone else a headache. They are the reason this place still has good customers coming back. Keep up the good work!!
