On Saturday arriving to the store, to purchase an electrical part, my truck ball joint fell out in front of store, which was totally unexpected. While I was trying to figure out at the moment what had gone wrong, a young employee came out of store name Josh and from that point I cannot say enough about this gentleman. Josh assisted me in every way possible that you can imagine. Josh called several people he knew that might would be able to come and tow or assist me, with no prevail. I am not a mechanic, but decided to try to fix it myself on the spot, not knowing what else to do other than leave it. They found my problem right away. It was simple and not at all expensive. And I'm so happy that the car's working right again. Thank you so much.

I "needed" help with my car to see if I had a fuse issue. When I walked in there was an older white man sitting behind the counter. He DID NOT greeted me and when a white customer came up behind me he asked the gentleman can he help him. That made me upset and I walked out. If the owner sees this PLEASE have your staff to treat EVERYBODY THE SAME. ZERO STARS

The last couple of times I’ve been here have been great. The first time was to get a battery replacement. Regrettably, I don’t remember their names, but the lady and young man that assisted me were extremely kind. Process was a breeze. And during my most recent visit, Lisa G. was awesome. I came in for key fob batteries. She was very patient with me, and assisted me in changing each one (they were hard to open) with such kindness. Great customer service at this location!
