I walked in and the woman at the front desk completely ignored me. We sat there for about 10 awkward minutes before she greeted me. She asked me “do you need help?” Hahah no I just came in here to hang out. I politely asked if she could check my battery and my car is parked right in front. She told me that she was the only one in the shop and couldn’t go outside. Do not recommend. Drive the next few min to the next location. Horrible customer service.

Melissa is amazing!!! The Advance I normally go to didn't have anymore of the oil needed for my vehicle. When I stopped by this location she was able to check in back and found what I was looking for! Efrain at Advance Auto was awesome! Super helpful, knowledgeable, and awesome customer service! He needs a raise! Last time we were here, a female was running the whole store by herself and still handled a long line like a pro (though seriously, she shouldn’t have to do that solo, it’s a busy place!). This location is one of our favorites, solid people, awesome service. Pro tip for other reviewers/customers: slow down a bit. It’s not social media, it’s real life, good service takes a minute, and these folks deliver it!

I placed an order online for pickup. Arrived at the store only to stand at the counter for a good 5 mins before anyone shows up. The lady behind the counter was just utmost rude with no acknowledgement. Furthermore instead of grabbing my order, she proceeds to make small take with another employee for a good 5 mins or so. Afterwards, she throws my parts on the counter and just walks away. By far the worst advance auto parts I've been to. If you are looking for any sort of customer service here, don't expect it.
