Rude customer service. No deescalation skills or problem solving abilities. Literally helped them when I don’t have to fix the mistake they made. Definitely need more training in that department. Lost my business for sure now.

I had great service at store # 9131 in February of 2025. The employee's name was Gene, team number 912374. He was very patient and helpful in solving a mechanical issue I had by making several trips out to the vehicle, and finding the correct parts and supplies. Good help is hard to find these days so please give this young gentleman some extra credit.
