Prior to contacting the Balch Springs location, I called the Rockwall store after confirming online that the part I needed was listed as in stock in Balch Springs. During that initial call, I was informed that the part was at another location and that it was likely an inventory error. The call turned silently awkward with no further assistance or resolution was offered at that time. I do recommend Advance Auto Parts in Balch Springs. I was looking for a part and well Auto Zone and O'Reilly didn't have it. I came to Advance Auto Parts and was attended by the assistant manager Jackie and she was able to find the part I was looking for. I will for sure be going back to this Advance Auto Parts store.
