I don’t believe regional managers or dm’s know how truly pitiful this store is run… in this part of the state we are used to bad customer service but that store is a mad house.
I went here years back My experience was amazing here everybody was very helpful and nice to us this was my first time coming to this advance auto parts
I see everything well so far in my experience
This place has: bad customer service, incompetent employees; empty shelves, and dirty floors. Everything is expensive as well. It seems like this company have a high turn-over rate because of new employees working there. The good knowledgeable, employees have left.
I would never buy anything from advance Auto ever again it's still my order that I ordered online for pickup and they won't be fun to me
