Bought a head lamp for my daughter they told me what I got that they got for me was what I needed Got home to replace didn't fit had to open it to fine out this. I went back to return it because I open the package it was there policy they said the sign stated it the sign was behind a rack. $20 wasted the gave me a different one another $20 so I paid $40 for a light bulb

Pat eas awesome. Called and told him what I needed. He had it ready for me when I got there and he installed the battery within minutes

Went in to get my battery replaced on September 2nd 2025 at 4pm and whatever girl was working behind the counter was extremely rude. I came with a receipt and said I needed to replace a battery with a warranty, and apparently asking her to do her job pissed her off.

Young African American girl at this AutoZone store is incredibly rude and has terrible customer service. I came here to have my car’s battery tested, but my car was in the parking lot, not in front of the store. She yelled at the guy helping me to not go and test my battery. That’s how your manager wants to improve and increase sales? I think she’s a manager because she was yelling someone over the phone for not showing up or leaving earlier during her shift. Customer service is crucial for selling products, and this is how your manager do it?. Guess what happened? I went to AutoZone, which is around the corner, and they helped me and gave me a better experience with my new battery.

Small store but they’re good in a pinch. Customer service is iffy at times.
