They had ordered and the ignition starter switch for me. The packaging and part were intact. The young lady that helped me when I ordered the part that they did not carry in stock was very knowledgeable and attentive. The gentleman that helped me when I went back to pick up the part once it was in was equally knowledgeable and customer service focused. Also, I got there about 7 minutes before closing, and I didn't feel rushed at all.

I bought a battery about 3 months ago. I had problems starting dead battery. The young man charged up the battery was ready to go in 40 minutes. He was very helpful and professional. He also added if I keep having trouble they would gladly exchange it. Very pleased.

I went for parts to fit my old truck. They ordered them for me without any fuss, and I received them the next day. Quality parts at an affordable price. Nice helpful staff and a very tidy store with a great range of products. Highly recommended.

Great experience always with the locations in my area in N. C. I have a 1985 vehicle and nearly always get parts from them in stock. For those they don't stock they are always helpful with ordering and delivery/pickup. Not always the cheapest, but I never have a bad experience.

Carried a part number there earlier in week. Had trouble getting someone to wait on me. 1 on phone. As soon as he hung up, it would ring again. Another told me he was supposed to be clocking out for lunch. I was still sold the wrong part even giving them a picture of part with number. BUT, it was easy to return. Different people working that day. Service there usually is good - usually better than the first trip.
