Advance Auto Parts

Manager David went out of his way to help us get our vehicle working with a new battery from the store. I truly appreciate his kindness, and it made a big difference for us. It brings new meaning to "this is how we advance".

Store manager was extremely helpful broke down the issue I may be having great customer service

Omg. I can’t say enough good words. Richard and Lucas are literally heroes. We wanted to hug them. The car kept stalling and we didn’t know what to do. There was a big storm coming and they let us wait out the storm in the shop with them and they would run out during breaks in the storm to figure out what was wrong with the car. They solved the issue and sent us on our way and they were so kind and generous. I honestly can’t say enough good words. It’s so wonderful when people like Richard and Lucas remind you that there are amazing humans out there. 😊 Thank You.

Great place they offered to replace my car low beam light.

I just want to say how much I appreciate the people at this store. They are always very polite and very professional. The staff there is top notch and always go above and beyond to help you in any way they can. I even had one staff who was off the clock stay and help me get my wife's car going. I really appreciate the hospitality. May God bless you all !!!
