Gave me the correct parts that I needed
I live about 30 minutes from this store but it was the only one in the area that showed they had a hydraulic hose I needed "in stock". I know how unreliable those online inventory systems can be so just to make sure before I drive all the way out there I called and spoke with someone who "verified" it was there. So I get there only to be told that they don't have it. Unacceptable! Don't even bother answering the phone if you're gonna mislead people, especially during poor weather conditions

I went to this store on 9/2/2017 at 12:30pm. I was told to go there from one of their stores located on 5 Corners. I needed paint for a scratch on my car and was told this store can match my paint color exactly. Wonderful I thought.. I got there about 12:30 pm. 3 guys behind the counter and 3 customers no one waiting but me now. I waited for my turn. One customer left which meant it was my turn. The older man asked me how he can help me and I told him about the paint. WELL he said it is a wait on Saturday because they are so busy..LOL. So he took phone calls that came in way after I have been there standing. I waited for him to take those calls. Finally my turn.. 30 minutes later..BUT what he does he do he left me to help the other employee. The other guy also older could not find a part
