Always helpful staff. They checked my car battery and all was well

L O L what a joke of employees.. I had a very frustrating experience at this store. My partner and I walked in, and immediately, another customer was helped ahead of us. It appeared that he received priority attention, which was fine, but it took two employees to assist him with a battery issue. Meanwhile, we waited patiently at the pickup area, and not once did anyone acknowledge us or let us know they’d be with us shortly. We watched another employee pass by without saying a word but obviously seeing is. After waiting without any customer service, we decided to leave with our bulbs. I would not recommend this store if you expect any level of service or courtesy

I have very bad experience with the “MANAGER” Justin. It was 10th of October around 7 pm in Bluffton in Advance Auto Parts Store. My husband and i wanted to buy a sensor at this time. My husband went to the store first i stayed in the car. He started to speak with the seller (JUSTIN) , but after a while he has to wait and wait, then he texted me ; the “MANAGER” just LEFT from the store while he “looking” our sensor. I just went to the store after i saw this “manager” talking 2 other costumers in the parking lot, and i asked him, can you come back and give the sensor for us...? He answered me : what i thinking about myself, he is busy now! He knows who is the first and he does not want to help me!!! I tried to talking with him because i was before the other costumers and he just left withou

I hands down recommend Advance Auto Parts of Hilton Head Island. The owner should be proud to have Bo as a part of their customer service team. Not even an hour before, I had the worst experience at the Bluffton location with a young guy constantly on his phone, no desire to help, and a lack of knowledge. I think I may have knew more. Nor would he look up a transaction for me to see if my battery fell under warranty. I was in an out of the Hilton Head Location within 27 minutes. Bo never hesitated to help me. Knew exactly what was wrong within minutes. Helped me get a new battery looking up my transaction and even recommended I stay inside to keep warm. Well done! I will not be back to the Bluffton location.

Elias was fantastic! He helped me with my wiper blades installation and was very nice! The world needs more people like him and this is why I shop local rather than buy online. Great customer service and very courteous and friendly!
