Best auto store experience I’ve ever had. The receipt says I was helped by Ian A . Unbeknownst to me, I was due a rebate. The store could have just kept my money. Instead, they showed high integrity and outstanding customer service by helping me not only realize, but then qualify for the rebate. I’ll be trusting this store for a long time now.

AMAZING service! Saved me a ton of money by diagnosing EXACTLY what my car needed. They could have sold me a new battery INSTEAD they were honest! Ran a simple test on my old car and let me know I only needed new spark plugs! I've been told I needed a new starter and fly wheel and battery... in 5 minutes they Saved me thousands! Very grateful to the amazing staff at Advance!! They delivered the new spark plugs to a mechanic they recommend quickly and really Saved me from a big rip off!

I’d like to give a special shoutout to Trevor, who I assume is a manager at this location–if he isn't, he probably should be. I called today with several questions about exchanging a defective battery under warranty, and he was incredibly patient and knowledgeable in walking me through the process. Not only am I impressed with Advance Auto’s warranty policies, but I truly appreciate Trevor’s professionalism and helpfulness. Thank you! More info: I bought the battery at a different location, the car is located in a mechanics shop in a different city, but it's 5 minutes away from the store. The receipt is in my possession, and I can't bring it to the mechanic. Trevor helped me navigate the details of these unusual circumstances in the best way possible.

This is an update to a post from several days ago. I want to thank Joe personally, who arranged for his colleague to help us when we were in immediate need of a new headlight. Thank you for the extra effort sir.
