I have been here twice in the last month and both times the employees were helpful, polite and professional. The second time i was here, was within the last week, when Sean went far above his duties by helping me with an electrical problem on my work truck. He spent at least an hour helping me figure out the issue and dove in fully to help me get the truck back to work so that my boss didn't have to hear some bad news. Not only was he polite and professional, but when i asked him if he needed to go help anyone else instead of helping me do tedious things with my truck, he assured me that everything else was being handled and that he was more than happy to help. Great store with average prices. I bought parts for a car, but had to return them. accepted without problems. the money is returned to the card. You have to wait a long time to get cash.

I placed an order at 9 am for same day delivery from the Bridgeport location. 7 hours later still no parts and I am less than .5 miles from the store. I call and get an employee who tells me they do not do same day delivery at this location even though the website offers it. He proceeds to tell me it would most likely come from Grafton and I may or may not get it but there was nothing he could do. So now I have nothing but a bunch of useless babbling and no tool. Nothing but a bunch of clowns.

Advance tested my RV battery , found it was not good, and had a replacement for $110.00. I was satisfied. The person that helped me was a pleasure to deal with

I usually enjoy Advanced and have had great service. Especially at the one in White Hall, WV. However, the knowledge of the employees at this location was limited in both how to work their systems and product knowledge. The pricing was off from what was listed on the shelves and what was rang in. However in the end they did make it right but I had to do most of the work when it came to finding what I was looking for. I would give 31/3 stars because of the fact they gave me a discount in the end, but if I weren't so persistent it would not have happened.
