I wish that I could remember the name of the gentleman who helped me with my Cabin Air Filter. I think it was Bill? He really helped me and I ended up with an upgraded better quality AC Delco brand Filter that the dealer would have sold me for HALF the Chevy Dealers price! Thanks for steering me in the right direction. It's nice that there are still employees out there that try to help customers.

I go to a lot of parts stores and most people aren't too friendly. I stopped here today and needed to have my battery tested on my 2013 Accord. A young man Christian helped me, this gentleman went far above and beyond in my opinion. He was extremely knowledgeable, sincere and professional. He took the time to explain everything to me and what I would need. He was also very honest which is rare these days and because of this gentleman I will buy my parts at this store. I REALLY hope he is recognized because most people leave reviews just to get a generic response back and the employee never gets the credit. Thank you again Christian for all of your help, I can't thank you enough!! Advanced Auto is very lucky to have him!

Great customer service. Went in to have my battery checked. Shawn did a thorough inspection. He noticed that I had a AAA battery and asked if it was still under warranty because he didn't want me to buy a new one if it was still under warranty (it wasn't). He installed my new battery and was so helpful and kind. I will definitely come back to this location because of the great customer service. Shawn is a great employee and knows how to create a great customer experience.

Great customer service. Even helped replace my damaged wiper blades and get the right wiper fluid for this frigid messy weather . I was greatful to have a super clear windshield and get home safe.
