I don’t frequently have need of auto parts but when I do, this is my favorite auto parts store since 2006 - other locations are usually acceptable substitutes but this is my favorite. I know it’s not been the same employees for that long, but service is always great. I ventured away to another chain store today due to convenience of location and was very disappointed. It’s worth driving an extra mile out of my way to come here. Thank you to the guy that changed out my battery today. I have a lot going on this week and it was nice to just have someone handle it and mark it off my to do list.
I have been coming here a few times for any car part I need. The people here provide excellent customer service! Always giving great advice for someone who only knows the basic of cars.
Do not go here. The store manager is NOT nice and very mean to her customers! She doesn't knew what she is talking about and is clueless!
