I had several uncomfortable interactions at this store over the course of a few months, and after giving it multiple chances, I feel it’s important to share my experience. My first interaction with the manager happened when I stopped in simply to share information about the Roadie app a delivery service that could help stores increase sales and better serve customers. I was trying to be helpful and offer a business tip. Instead of being open or even politely listening, he gave me a strange, dismissive look and an unfriendly attitude that made me feel brushed off and unwelcome. A couple of months later, I returned for a separate reason involving light bulbs. My mechanic had installed the wrong ones, so I came in to exchange them. Wanted to recognize Jarrett who was professional, helpful and super informative! I had a check engine light on and wanted to know what the codes were. Jarrett not only figured out the codes, but took time out to search on Google and give me good information about them. Kudos for such a great job and caring about the customer! UPDATE: CAME BACK TO THE STORE ON 1/5/25 FOR A T CONNECTOR AND CAMERON WAS SUPER HELPFUL! MUCH APPRECIATED MAN! THIS STORE IS AWESOME!!!!

Needed rtv silicone delivered as our auto is down, when we originally bought the gasket the day before we asked the associate if we would need the rtv, he said no not for this part, once my husband got the car apart he found out we needed the rtv, we had it delivered charged an $8.99 delivery fee, to find out the silicone was rock hard, they wouldn't send a new one, ad we would need to bring the original to them, if we could do that we wouldn't have spent the money on delivery, advanced auto is not the same from years ago Received response from company, pretty much they aren't doing anything for us, they could at least give us store credit for the cost of the item and our delivery fee, but the customer's no longer matter as they figure if you don't shop them someone else will

I only shop at this location, and I love the employees. I bought oil filters several times, and each time, the employee verified that the oil filter was for my car. When I bring oil to recycle, there is always an employee to assist. I purchased windshield washer fluid at this location and got a better deal than Costco and Walmart. The staff is helpful and values customers. The store is clean, has plenty of parking, and is easily accessible.

DALLAS is Awesome!! The crew here is always extremely helpful in finding the part that you need. We visit frequently because we always get the Fantastic service you would expect. Their expertise and friendly service exceeds all other locations.
