Tatum is so knowledgeable and helpful! I needed a battery for my car recently, I called all of the places in town and she was the only one that I didn't get a frigid/rude reception from. She helped me with the installation and even tested my starting system when it hesitated on the first start. She is awesome and as long as she is working there, I will not shop at any other part store if I can help it. 10/10!
Went in for a replacement battery. Brandy assisted me promptly and installed my new battery in a flash. Definitely recommend this Copperas Cove store and Brandy. She was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Super awesome experience at this store!!!
We went in with what we thought was a starter problem. The gentleman there helped us diagnose what it really was and helped us out and save some money. We went to AutoZone first. They turned us away cuz their starter machine wasn't working. Will come to advance Auto from now on.
Got me in and out no problem and still got me the warranty even without my receipt just pulled it from my phone number. My helper was Nolan
