Cody is the man! We were traveling from Branson to Des Moines when the alternator went out, and we survived to get to This Advance location. Cody made the time to help us, out in the sun and heat, to make sure and properly diagnose the problem. He was rushed between helping other customers, and making time to make sure we were doing the job right of replacing the alternor out in the driveway, and he hustled to help us and everyone. He helped us with pice by piece directions, and gave guidance and assistance with any steps we needed help with, and made sure to assess that we had done everything correctly, before hitting the road. Can’t thank Cody enough! He’s a hero and someone restoring faith in humanity!

Great people just didn't have what I needed
If I could give less than 1 I would. I showed up there today and asked if they could check my battery for me and they said it was a good battery. Well turns out battery needed replaced because my husband took it in to his boss's shop (both mechanics) and battery said it needed replaced. The service at advanced was amazing so I'm by no means hating on the people. Just be sure to double check
