So i ordered a spark plug wire kit and didn't realize i ordered it from another state and put same day delivery. ( yes i know its my fault lol) So i called the store to see about canceling it and they said they didn't have an order for me and that i never placed one, which i gave them the order number and what i ordered and still said they didn't have anything in there system and proceeded to hang up the phone without helping me resolve my issue of being out $100 to a store that's 4 hours away. I'd say never order from here cause they're not gunna help in any way.

On Tuesday October 14, 2025 Ms Sia helped me purchase a battery for my son's car. Sia took time to call me back to inform me the battery we originally discussed would not be strong enough for the car and gave me the information on a better battery. When people care about people it makes a difference in life. My husband and I agree Ms Sia is a kind person to make sure we purchased the best product to keep our son safe. Went absolutely above and beyond with their service. Cars alternator died while on a road trip and we pulled into the parking lot before it shut off for good. They didn't have the part but one of the employees drove to the advanced auto and picked it up for us!
