My factory car battery was starting to show signs of failure, it was 42 months old. I called on the phone and they recommended an AGM type battery. I researched it and it is a better design for a car with a lot of electronics. The best thing about it was being able to drive up, pay less than $300 and 15 minutes later they installed it for free! The dealer wanted nearly $500, I would have had to wait 2 hours, and it would have been an enhanced flooded battery which it not as good. Everyone I spoke to at Advance was helpful and made it easy.

Monet answered the phone quickly even though I called 10 minutes before close. I needed a quote on a special order part, and she was both able to locate the part I needed and was able to quote me a price, quickly and politely. Excellent service and professional etiquette.

Alex was fantastic in assisting me! He replaced my windshield wipers and even called a nearby store to help setup my inspection. Being new in town and a single woman, I was thankful for his assistance and really going above and beyond!!! Thank you!!

Great prices i was picking up an order but cashier at night 8/21/25 said it would take too long to full-fill i understandit was 5 minutes before closing but if i was a walk in costumer ready to buy that part they would of of had to sell and give at that time he just didn’t feel like doing i walk out of store and at 803 order was ready to pick up but obviously he had closed and sent me home already! I have a glight at 9 and now i have to wake ul extra early to pick up item

This store has the rudest employees of all. You come in to pick up an order, and they just look at you like you don't exist, and when you ask for help, they reluctantly look at the screen and said the order is not there. You have to ask why and the guy just said, because we canceled it, does not explain why they canceled an order after 3 days instead of 7. You have to keep asking questions in order to get to the answer, otherwise they just stay silent while look angrily at you. Their manner and attitudes are like high school kids who were forced to work, and I won't be surprised if these guys are out of a job later. They suck, and so does the store.
