would put 0 stars if I could!!! extremely rude and unprofessional! my boyfriend called a few days ago about his warranty on his brakes, the person he talked to said they would replace them if he brought them in. he called back today, and was put on the phone with the almighty general manager who believes he is God himself lol. and the general manager told him they will only follow the warranty if they’re defective(I’m not arguing policy, I’m sure that is their policy), but when my boyfriend tried to explain further that someone told him something else, he was cut off and said “well you’re talking to the general manager now so, unless you wanna go over me to corporate” RUDEEEEE!! I was very fortunate to have Jerid, help with my check engine light diagnostics. He went far beyond a helpful salesman. He is great at what he does, plus he does his best to get you the answers you need. I will definitely be a returning customer, just to get his knowledge and help.

This place is a reminder of why NAPA should be your only auto parts store. Smh.

Everytime I deal with someone down there, I call them to check part availability, and they act like they dont want to help, or when they do help, I try to get the parts put to the side with my name on them, this last time the guy said “well man I don’t see anyone beating the door down to get them, so they should be here when you do show up.” Like what?!?!?!? I told him someone else was picking them up and he just said oh alright I’ll see em when they get here. Im sick of Advance Auto in Cedar Grove. Now I have to make a second trip to get the parts I called about because he was too lazy to write my damn name down.

Mathew Page and the entire crew at this AAP in Cedar Grove, WV are just outstanding at everything they do there! We stopped there on a eight day motorcycle adventure with five different motorcycles and one of the bikes did have an issue-which we thought was a battery and it turned out to not be the battery but those guys helped us so much! Because Were able to determine that it was not the battery and we’re more than happy to help us accomplish all the things we needed to do there, certainly made our trip much more comfortable with our issues in our face. Thanks so much to everyone, when they referred themselves as advanced professionals they certainly are labeled ‘quite correctly’ at this location
