I wish i could give this store 0 stars. I am absolutely appalled at this stores customer service. Walked into this store with a battery that i ordered online and needed to exchange. Since it was an online order, i only had an order number instead of a barcode. The clerk was helping us and things were going decent. But then his colleague who turned out to be a manager started making comments about how we were taking up too much of his colleagues time (which was actually 20 minutes tops), how he was doing all the work himself around the store and was making a big deal because he wasn’t getting trash and register tills counted (meanwhile it’s 6:30pm & the store closes at 9pm). Been to this Advanced Auto store several times now, always fast helpful service. They also gave me the correct parts, wich in the past hasn't been the case, and is the biggest pain ever...

I'd rather drive all the way to Gettysburg to buy my parts they're very unprofessional there and not knowledgeable good luck if you do go there

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!!! Rep sold me the wrong wipers. And yes I gave them my correct yr and model. I had even double asked to make sure they were correct before purchasing. Upon going to my truck and to check they were wrong! Only to back inside and wait in line for 20 minutes and then to be only told I have to wait on another guy that’s on the phone and then he will need to take care of some other customers first. And no I am not a Karen either. Will not return.

Needed a new pair of headlights after a troubling experience elsewhere, I stopped into this location and Kevin not only sold me a new set, but also a warranty since my last pair of lasted a year. Great experience!
