Advance Auto Parts

I don't know much about car parts but I love the fact that they are willing to walk you through everything without making you feel incompetent. No stress no confusion just honest help from knowledgeable staff who care about their customers. It doesn't matter who is working nor the day or time this location is consistent across the board. That being said Advance Auto at 725 Cheyenne Meadows is the only location I will support. Thanks again to all the staff making every visit STRESS FREE!!!

I had a really frustrating experience at Advance Auto Parts yesterday. I tried to return a pack of car fuses that turned out to be the wrong size. I had the receipt, and the pack of 40 was only missing two fuses, which I believe may have already been missing when I bought it. Instead of calmly explaining the return policy, the employee immediately had an attitude. He complained about having to count the fuses and kept saying, “Do you think this is reasonable?” over and over, like I was doing something wrong just for asking about a return. What made it worse is that he said he was the acting manager on shift. That’s very disappointing. If the acting manager handles situations this poorly, that says a lot about the store’s leadership. Without warning my battery failed. I was able to get it jumped, and went straight to Advance Auto Parts. James and Josh were a great team, helping me find the best battery at a reasonable cost for my car, and then at no additional cost, installed it. Advance will always be my go-to auto shop! Thank you, gentlemen!!!
