Advance Auto Parts is great. I’m from California and used to go the other places but, when I came to Tennessee and found this place I didn’t think twice and the staff was very knowledgeable. Thanks David! 🫡🇺🇸

I get everything here. I’ve noticed the Bear Creek locations has more inventory for more random items, but that’s alright. The employees are always really chill and they tend to process my online pick up orders fast. Never have issues finding anything for basic maintenance on my vehicles and I’ve serviced a newer VW, and an older Suburban and Jeep. Car Quest parts have always performed well. Advanced all the way.

I was looking for a part that you couldn't just pull up on the computer. I went to several parts places and no one wanted to put in the effort to find it. Mark at advance auto on bear creek pike in Columbia TN went above and beyond to find me the right part. Thanks Mark

I usually order online and pick up the the store. My items were ready when I arrived and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Be sure to look for promo codes to use on the Advance website.

Stopped by to get a tire pressure gauge. After walking the whole store and not seeing them, I walked by a worker (was told his name was Dave) and asked if he worked there and he said yes but he couldn’t help me as he was busy. He was pulling a filter off the shelf, and in the time it took him to tell me he couldn’t help me, he could have pointed me in the right direction of the pressure gauges🙄. I sure hope his customer service isn’t like that every day, unfortunately I won’t be back to find out.
