I had placed an online order for rotors. I took them back to the store because they were defective and was told that they could not be exchanged in store because they were bought online and I would have to do it online. I left the store and placed an online return. I took the rotors back to the store and I was told that they could not print out return slip for me and that I would have to print it out on my own and bring them back in in a box with them taped up. I decided I was going to purchase the new rotors because I was standing there with my old ones, which were already off the vehicle, and it was my second time back to the store. They then decided then that they could do my return for me in store and I would just have to purchase new ones. Why I wasn't told that that was all I needed

I was very disgusted. I’m have a fundraiser for the local high school bowling team and the Person I spoke to was very rude and would not donate to his town’s high school fundraising for kids
