Update-Thanksgiving didn't go exactly as planned but I was contacted and all was made right. I appreciate the brand at advanced calling and figuring out the situation. We made the best of the situation and all is right. A little frustrated about the situation that happened today. I brought in two batteries to be charged at this location. It’s the day before Thanksgiving and we were planning on using our side-by-side and four wheeler tomorrow so we wanted to make sure the batteries were charged. I spoke with somebody at the store at least four times and reiterated that I would like to have the batteries back regardless of the State of them before the end of the night so that we could enjoy our day tomorrow. This company's staff and parts selection are best in the business. The staff there are not pushing sales, they're pushing solutions. Very knowledgeable and ethical is how I describe the Advanced Auto Staff. It's great to see a company run this well, and great prices on nearly everything someone could want.

There's an employee named Dwayne. He is extremely lazy. He gave me ABS story about changing a battery After charging me nearly four hundred dollars, for said battery i was a super fan of advanced auto parts. Now I will be going to valveline down the street. When I need anything Done to my battery and or fluids and he just made me become an o'reilly's customer

If I could give less the 1 star I would. I have come to find out advanced in surrounding towns don't even want to deal with the cookeville stores as well as mechanics in the area not using them for all the same reasons. Parts are crap but service is crap too. Save yourself some trouble and go to oreilys

Jason Jones is a legend here in my opinion. Dude is an expert.
