I had an outstanding experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to Nadia! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond by helping install new windshield wipers on my company truck. Her professionalism and genuine care for customer satisfaction really set her apart.
Just be careful with people around the shop who offer mechanic services. It's better to do more research before hiring one of them, Beside that, the customer Service at the store is pretty good.
This was the THIRD location I visited today trying to replace my battery, and the ONLY Advance Auto Parts location to help me complete this. Nadia helped make the process go smoothly and quickly. She replaced my battery under warranty and provided the highest level of customer service. After completely losing hope, she helped me when nobody else would. THANK YOU NADIA!! YOU'RE THE BEST!
