Just came in for some parts to fix my trailer, I walked up to the counter with easily $100+ worth of parts in my hands. Every time I walk into this Advance Auto Parts, I feel taken care of. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and welcoming, which makes shopping so much easier. Manager Audia truly goes above and beyond. She’s always ready to help with a smile. Mohammad and Tyler are just as amazing. They’re friendly, patient, and genuinely knowledgeable. It’s rare these days to find a team that treats you like more than just a customer, but they do that every single time. This is why I keep coming back, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Completely wasted my time and energy. Told the service rep to check my car battery to see if it needs a possible charge and he didn't. He sent me off saying I need a lead washer. I'm extremely disappointed even asking several times to check it out. Now I'm sitting in a broken down car because your service rep refused to check my battery and properly misdiagnosed my issue

The store was clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate, but what really made my visit stand out was the outstanding customer service from the store manager, Audia. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Audia truly goes above and beyond for her customers, and it shows.
