Advance Auto Parts

Not sure what happened to this place or if it’s just me. Poor customer service, was lied to 3 times about parts being in. Was told they were never ordered to begin with. Then was told that they just sell them if you don’t come in time for the parts, when I was told they would be at the store after a certain time … bro .. what ? Why not just tell me you don’t want a $392 sale and I can take my happy self elsewhere. Just wanna let other people know parts authority is the best on south street. Very good customer service and timing with their clients. And over $100 cheaper !!!!!!! Thanks advance for saving me money !!

Ok, so, I walked in, crushed taillights from water in my tail lights. water freezes, you know the rest. Tell the young lady my make and model. Doesn't even look at the computer and grabs it off the rack. Thats commitment or max level photographic memory. The other woman already has everything ready and scans the lights. I was in and out within a min. Incredible. 👌

Shawn the manager is extremely helpful. Great customer service at this location. I’ll continue to go back.

Advanced Auto-parts is a shady company willingly selling faulty items, I purchased a battery for my motorcycle and had it stored throughout the winter I had it charged, when I go to bring it out for a ride it wouldn’t start nor crank my engine, after using a voltmeter it read it it was at 12 volts which is more than enough to start any bike I was sold a bad product, the item was not only faulty but extremely overpriced, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I do want to State I’m not blaming any employee at Advanced Auto parts but instead the company they work for scamming their customers, please do not make my mistake shop elsewhere for your parts they’re are often cheaper and quality alternatives.
