Derrick was awesome today, super friendly and was so efficient putting my new battery in, and even tested everything after to make sure there was no other problems. He made me a customer for life!

Came in with a dead battery on a new car. They were very nice and explained that I should save my money and go through warranty but because the service center was backed up, we decided to go ahead and pay for a battery. I don't remember the name of the nice gentlemen who helped me but everyone in this shop are nice and very knowledgeable and definitely didn't just try to sell me something. They made sure the battery they had would work (I have a very new car) before they charged me anything. Overall wonderful experience for me. Way easier than dealing with the car service center
