They didn't have my part and when the guy tried looking it up on his computer, nothing came up so then he joked my car doesn't have shocks or struts. Seriously dude? I politely said thank you and left. Not going to be my new go to place for parts.
Went to the store with my hopes down , They had a scanner obd2 I wanted and needed TASHA helped me out , great now I had my hopes up again I were able to scan my car , replaced part I needed be back on the road . She were polite , professional, good listener also provided excellent customer service
I want to give a big shout out to Tasha and Steve, who cheerfully and skillfully replaced a failed car battery on a cold drizzly December evening. I arrived with a battery that was on life support, in spite of being just three months old. They tested it for me, determined it was dead, and replaced it under warranty without any hassle. A big thanks to them for getting me on my way and for the truly outstanding customer service!
Daughter can back into town from being at college. Said car leaking oil. I figured out it was the VVT. Spent all day getting the wrong VVT at a different parts store company. Always wrong part! Took a chance with Kyle at Advance store on E22nd and Hubble. Kyle ROCKS!!! The correct part was ordered, correct size and I picked it up at 09:00am next day. GO SEE Kyle!!! Thanks Kyle and Advance Auto Parts.
Andrew was very helpful and went way beyond what I expected he took tie and was patient with my issue he is the best he made my dqy
