Horrible customer experience with a young man with a pony tail and a young lady with a nose ring I wouldn't recommend this parts store for anything I tried to get ahold of corporate to file a formal complaint and got the automated run around this company branch isn't interested in selling parts for cars!! DONT RECOMMEND

I brought my car in to have codes ran on it. The staff greeted me immediately as I walked in the door. For the life of me, I didn't get anyone's name but I remember there being a girl in the store with 2 other guys. Nobody made me feel stupid for not knowing what was going on with my car. I will definitely keep coming back. Y'all are way better than O Reilys Auto Parts and Auto Zone.

This is a Great Place! Great Store Manager & Staff. They are honest people that will make an effort beyond making a Dollar. If you need parts, this is the place. As a Auto Dealer, they are Highly Recommend! Can't say enough great things about this staff. They are simply what is right in the World!

Auto Zone was always my go-to for car parts until recently when it seemed like my battery needed to be replaced. I went to Auto Zone, they ran diagnostics and said my battery, alternator, and starter were all operating at 100%. They were at a loss. After a week of googling and jumpstarting my car before each trip, I decided it HAD to be the battery. This time, I went to Advance Auto Parts. Raven tested my battery twice. It failed both times. What the heck, Auto Zone?? She helped me choose a replacement battery, removed and disposed of the old one, and installed the new one. She even involved my son in the process. I will definitely be going back the next time I have an issue!

I stopped today to check my headlights. They were difficult to remove and check. I had to borrow some tools and ask for help finding the proper bulbs. David was a HUGE help in both issues He was great. The other workers were engaging as well. Thanks guys. Great store!!
