Always very helpful, and they're prices are usually the lowest locally. I became their customer after the guy helping fix the car said he didn't like to use them. I didn't ask why. He's going to bring the majority of the work so that to me was reason enough. Day 1, went to O'Reilly's and got the part, he installed it. It didn't solve the problem. Day 2 owner of car called in the part to O'Reilly's and was told it would be there the next day. Waited till then and the guy working on the stopped get part. Said they had no info on that order at all. So frustrated I called placed same ordered made sure three times that all info was correct an the part would be in the following day. Owner of the car stop to pick it up. But they could find the part. Has the order info and the the part was suppose

I had a bad experience from another nearby parts store. Right before giving up I stopped by Advance, Dobson location. Crystal, knowledgeable associate that helped me, was the best! She said the store had exactly what I needed without having to order and wait till next day! I was so relieved and thankful for Crystal.

Stuck on the side of the road on 4th of July, ugh. Diagnosed issue and called the local store, which was 10 miles away. He said yea, we are open and told him which parts we needed. No problem, we will be here. Limped it 10 miles. The agent was very helpful and courteous. Then the battery went dead. Again, no problem. Brought the charger out and started her up. If it wasn't for them being open and close, today would have had a much different outcome. Maybe this is why my bf is a loyal AA shopper.
