I wish there was an ALL STAR button. Brian store employee is a Rockstar employee!! I was having an issue with my blower motor. When I went to return the item because “my mechanic” advised the wires were too short. Brian being the expert he is went above and beyond! He explained to my mechanic that I had the right part. Even went out in 18 degrees freezing cold and replaced the old part for the new one. This is TOP NOTCH customer service! I will recommend Advanced Auto Parts to all of my family and friends. And if you’re ever having an issue, stop by and ask for Brian, he’s the man!!

The engine oil light came on and I drove straight to Advanced Auto Parts for help. Tom went above and beyond to test and help me refill the oil. I also needed wipers and Gaizka replaced them for me! Fabio is leading a fantastic team at the Dover store and I am grateful the exceptional service. I will certainly be back.
