I was in the store to replace wipers on my suv. Rob one of the customer service representatives was outstanding. He installed the blades on my vehicle and ordered a rear blade for the rear glass. I came in the next day to have the rear blade installed. I am in the store often and will continue to shop here.

I’ve been going to this place since the first day it opened. It used to be amazing — everyone was super cool. Now there’s this arrogant British guy who acts like he’s superior to all Americans and makes you feel like he’s doing you a favor by letting you shop there…

Never have seen employees be so miserable. They hate when you walk in that store. Their sighs almost blow you right out the door. Get a different job if you hate it that much.

I not a fan of Advance Auto Parts. It was during the cold spell that I went looking for a battery. They only had "one" battery for my car and it was close to 300.00. They wouldn't even install it for me. They claimed they had no one on site to install it. I'm 62 and have no clue how to install a battery. Auto Zone was way cheaper and they install it on the spot.

Placed an online bundled order for oil and filter. I always order online and pickup in store to make sure the correct parts are picked out. They gave me the wrong filter and tried not to exchange it because i had tried to install it. Bill told me I should have checked all the parts first. He finally took it off my receipt instead of exchanging for the correct parts. My interaction ended with him throwing the correct filter and receipt at me in disgust that I had him correct the mistake. Other workers did nothing as this unfolded in a heated argument. This guy, Bill, has given others the same treatment. Spend your money somewhere else and Corporate, if you read these, get rid of this guy.
