Had to jump start my wife's car as it gets colder now, battery 5 years old. We took a ride to Advance Auto Parts to inquire about a replacement. They had it in stock and swapped out our old battery while we waited. I thought this was awesome, and will return here for future business.

Bad service. Kind of a shadow-feminine quality in the staff members..as if you're intruding upon their bad day and catching blame for it. My experience was enough to lead me to never support any other location either.

Advance auto is great if you cannot wait for a part to be shipped from Amazon. A relay for my truck was 30 dollars. Amazon sold me 2 for 9.99. I get that there needs to be a markup but really???

I stood waiting by the pick up sign. And obnoxious woman glanced at me and walked by and stood at a register. A gentleman then came up and asked her a number of questions while trying to make a purchase and she had absolutely zero interest in helping him. She read the back of a can just like he had. He was looking for her for guidance she offered none. So I walked over that way because I had been ignored and I said is this where I pick up no you have to wait for me. So when I finally get to give her the order and she asked me for ID I did say to her you know you should’ve asked me if I needed help while you were standing way down there, she said I was like yes I was standing by the pick up, which is what I was here for. She was rude and obnoxious and had no knowledge of anything automotive
