Outstanding customer service with sales associate Mr. Martin! He stopped what he was doing while stocking and assisted me with a positive attitude! The other staff were very positive and greeted me and also asked if I needed help! A lot of workers go without being noticed for what they do and I wanted to ensure they are recognized for their positive work ethic and knowledge. Management please recognize your staff as they make your store a success to have repetitive customers.Thank you

El Paso doniphan store, Check online price first!!!!!!! Came into the store to buy a wheel stud installer price tag online was 31.00, but price in the store was 42.00. Asked them to price match themselves from advanced online price and they would NOT match online price. Employee Said I would have to order online and wait 45 mins, then I could buy it at the 31.00 price. I had the dang tool I my hand!!! Advanced wanted 10.00 more because I came in the store? First and last time buying tools or parts at advanced, I thought it was a joke at first, but nope. Went on Amazon got the same brand and type installer for 26.00. Not a smart business move

Store Manager is Angel. Absolute professional and stand up guy. I had a weird warranty issue where the Advanced Auto systems said I bought a part over 5 years ago when in fact it was only purchased less than a year ago. All other store managers gave me the run-a-round and basically told me to kick rocks. At first, it seemed like he wasn't going to be able to help but he actually took care of me and my warranty issue. Exchanged my parts and got me back on the road. Don't hesitate to visit this store on Doniphan. Best parts people you will deal with. They'll treat you like "people" and not just another customer. Thanks for helping me out of a jam Angel. There aare other stores closer to me but I'll visit your Doniphan store first.
