I bought a starter motor for my car, and the part is defective. I went back to exchange it or get a refund, but they refused. They treated me disrespectfully, as if I were asking for a handout. And when I called the police to resolve the issue, they showed me their policy stating that there are no refunds, even though they didn't tell me this before the purchase. This is theft and fraud.

Terrible service. The girl who helped me ruined my car key fob. I only went in for a battery change, and she took everything apart, broke a piece, and then gave it back to me patched up with tape.

Why do I have to give all my personal information to buy a quarter oil? Definitely, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I want to thank Carmen Gee and Mere, of the North Olden Ave store, for helping me resolve an issue I was having with a car battery I bought from there back in December. They were both very pleasant to talk to and deal with during this issue. They both listen to me about the problems I was having with the battery and that part of the problem was, I was given the wrong battery by mistake. They immediately realized what happened and corrected the issue making the situation right again. Because they treated me with respect and fixed the issue rather then just passing me along and saying sorry there is nothing we can do, I wanted to let everyone know about them. Thanks again guys.

I went there and the customer service was great. Alfredo G. was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even went the extra to give me a few pointers on other things that I could to to help my car. So I just wanted to go on record and write this review to say that I was extremely satisfied with their service, knowledge and honesty, and would recommend them to anybody. I've gone there several times before and just wanted to tell everyone that if you need items for your car or have any questions, this is a great place to go
