Dylan was super helpful from start to finish...... We travel to the US every other year - adn in August we chose to fly up to PA to visit family and drive through the state. Picked up our rental car in Philly and started off for Meadville PA. Roughly 45 minutes into the drive - in the beautiful local areas of PA our rental decides to notify us that is need engine oil (right I know!) Fortunately for us - we pulled off the highway and found Advanced. We normally do not drive this particular vehicle and pulled in asking for assistance. Dylan, took the time to look up the vehicle needs - even went out to put it in the engine - checked we were all good and we were off and running again. I am writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend, Jake. He had an outstanding experience at the Advance Auto Parts in Exton tonight. He went in the store because he needed to buy a bulb for his Tacoma and wasn't 100% sure of the part or part number. Zach Hetzel offered to go outside and look at it. They took the old bulb out, checked the part number, then went inside and found the right part. It was 10° outside. After ringing him up he came back outside to put the new bulb in, and to make sure everything worked properly. It was above and beyond what was ever expected. He was very kind, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and so incredibly helpful. Jake said he would give 10 stars if it was possible. Dominic is a great employee and was sooo helpful. My car broke down in the McDonald’s parking lot and Dominic stayed with us the entire time walking us through what to do to fix it. He’s awesome and deserves a huge raise.

The staff I have dealt with at that store is always helpful and friendly!! Hell, they are fun to chat with a bit when they are looking for something for you. I have been going to this store for quite a while and I definitely recommend going here!.

Shout out to the general Manager, Zachary helped me save big time with my speed perks I didn’t know I had, guided me through the process on the app, made sure those discounts didn’t go to waste. Thanks again Zach!
