This is the second time I have gone to this Advance Auto to warranty an item. Both times I was turned away saying go back to the store where you originally purchased. This time I tried to swap a battery that I just purchased 5 days ago. I asked her to test the battery under a load. She did and it showed replace battery. This should have been a simple in and out. I showed her my online receipt and she said she couldn't find the order... it can only be done at the orgin store. I left the store and went back to the Union City store. They seen the battery was new, didn't ask for a receipt and swap the battery out. Awesome customer service and business acumen at Union City Advance Auto. All they have to do is place a defective tag on the battery and the supplier will replace that battery und

Very grateful for Victor and Melissa. My father and I came in while it was pouring raining/extremely windy outside and yet Victor and Melissa helped us with any question I had concerning my car. Whether we had to step outside to see what type cable I needed for my battery or showing us the each type and throughly explaining, victor and Melissa were extremely helpful. Customer service was exceptional! Thank you again Victor and Melissa.

Ordered an engine air filter online said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I drove to the store got there about 20 minutes early and went ahead and popped my hood to change the old filter out. I was greeted by Melissa who came out of the store to check on me and make sure that I was OK and not broke down. She went back inside and came right out with filter! I just want to say that Melissa and Victor are absolutely exceptional and it’s rare to find customer service and people that go above and beyond like they have. My entire visit was wonderful thank you so much!!

Victor King was an awesome help. Fro. The time i came in he was attentive and made sure i had the right belt. He spent his time even after his shift to ensure my car was running and safe to operate. He help two hours after his shift and used his personal tools to make sure i was good to go. You just dont meet great people like this anymore.

Super clean, organized, and associates are EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!! Victor was the nicest and most helpful associate I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. My dad was my mechanic and sadly passed last year. I ask Mr. Victor if I could watch him install my battery because I need to learn for myself now that he’s gone. He not only let me watch but broke it all down and explained it to me. I didn’t tell him this but his patience and small act of kindness made me feel like I had my dad back for a brief moment.
