Employee, Melody was so kind and helpful. She assisted with a car battery and installed it with precision and accuracy but most noticeable was her friendly warm personality, like she was glad to help me. That's rare these days. She should be complemented for a job well done, above and beyond.

I owe this five stars to Advance Auto Parts since several years ago!!! I have a commercial account with them and I can tell that this is the store that I trust!!! The five starts goes specially to Eric Green and his team: Christy, Kathleen, Roger, Jose, Daniel and Josh. (Sorry if I ommit a name). I want the company to know about their great efforts to give the best service to the customers, they have been always very attentive, professional, friendly and in a good mood. They are the only people that I trust to do business with, they have been always very honest!!! This is the reason that I will remain loyal to Advance Auto Parts. I really appreciate you all guys for being so responsible and committed with your job and your customers!!! 🙌🙏🥰

Came in to buy a replacment headlight, found the exact thing i needed on the shelf. A DS3 35w, label under it said $32.99, sweet no issues. Take it to the counter and she tells me it'll be $152.... Walked out the door and found the exact brand on Amazon for $34 and it comes with 2 bulbs. Looked at the manufactures website, they sell 2 for $30. Bait and switch at it's finest.

The guy name Mark will lie to you about your part been under warranty he will tell you there nit under warranty and try to make you buy new parts out of your pocket but if you call back in 15 minutes and another employee answers the phone and they look it up and it's under warranty happen to me the other day and this is not the first time I've had him LIE about a part he must get a kick back to sale parts I try not to shop here when he works he's nothing but a lier . It's sad got to lie to customer about warranty's so check with another employee about warranty before you buy another part from Mark something needs to be said to him I know he's been there a long time but don't have to lie to a hard working customer 12/29/2024

Josh assisted me above and beyond, by actually putting a new cabin air filter in my vehicle onsite. Extremely personable, as well as professional and knowledgeable..kudos Josh!! I will be taking all of my vehicle needs to this store from now on. 😁
